Is it technically possible to make a machine that sees the future?

It is not currently possible to make a machine that can see the future with certainty. Predictive modeling, which uses statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to make predictions about future events, is a rapidly advancing field, but it is based on patterns and trends in past data, and is therefore limited by the quality and quantity of that data. Even the most accurate predictive models are subject to a degree of uncertainty, and can only provide probabilistic predictions. Additionally, many factors that can affect the future, such as human behavior and natural events, are inherently unpredictable.
